Commercial Director
Having called Meribel home for over a decade, Harry lives and breathes mountain life. Whether it's first lifts on a powder morning, ski touring, cycling alpine passes or finding a new swimming spot, he makes the most of everything the Alps have to offer.
A passionate foodie and wine enthusiast, Harry firmly believes some of the best business conversations happen over a long mountain lunch. He spends his time focused on product development, delivering exceptional guest experiences and building lasting relationships with guests, partners and suppliers. Quite simply, he lives, eats and breathes Delicious Mountain.
Head of Guest Relations & Concierge
Tom joined Delicious Mountain in 2024 and quickly made Meribel his full-time home. He oversees guest communications, concierge services and supplier relationships, ensuring every stay runs seamlessly from arrival to departure.
When he's not looking after guests, Tom can usually be found exploring the mountains whether ski touring, climbing, downhill mountain biking or discovering new hiking trails. A well-earned mountain lunch or a cold beer on a sunny terrace is never far from the agenda.
People & Resort Manager
Now into his fourth winter in Meribel and third with Delicious Mountain, Kevan brings years of luxury hospitality experience from managing high-end hotels in Manchester. He oversees our chalet collection, leads our fantastic seasonal team and manages recruitment, helping ensure every winter runs smoothly.
A proud Scotsman and lifelong football fan, Kevan is happiest carving down the mountain on his snowboard. When the snow melts, you'll usually find him soaking up the sunshine in Greece before returning to the Alps for winter.
Executive Chef
Kylie is now in her fourth winter in Meribel and third with Delicious Mountain, bringing a wealth of experience from luxury private cheffing and some of Manchester's finest restaurants. She leads our culinary programme, overseeing chef training, menu development, ingredient sourcing and kitchen standards across the business.
A true foodie at heart, Kylie loves discovering great restaurants and believes every ski day should include a memorable mountainside lunch. While she's the first to admit she's a fair-weather skier, her passion for exceptional food never takes a day off.
